Support for Cultural and Community Programming

Swiss-American heritage and culture in the American Southeast does not preserve itself. It takes events, publications, community gatherings, and the dedication of people who believe that the Swiss contribution to American life deserves to be celebrated and better known.

Your support helps SASA continue this mission — bringing together Swiss nationals, Swiss descendants, and friends of Switzerland in Georgia, and showcasing the extraordinary contribution of Swiss industry, innovation, and culture to the American economy and society.

Switzerland — A Portrait for Americans is one expression of that mission — a publication that educates American readers about Switzerland, gives Swiss companies in Georgia a voice in their community, and strengthens the ties between the two countries that have more in common than most people realize.

Your partnership is not just a financial contribution. It is a statement that Swiss heritage matters here, that the Swiss presence in the American Southeast is worth celebrating, and that the relationship between Switzerland and America deserves a home in the cultural life of Atlanta.

We are grateful for your support.

The Swiss-American Society of Atlanta, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt cultural heritage organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Contributions in support of SASA's mission may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Because partner recognition in this publication has no established commercial equivalent, SASA has determined in good faith that the fair market value of partner recognition benefits is minimal. As a result, the full amount of your contribution may be deductible. Contributors are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor regarding their specific situation.

For contributions of $250 or more, a formal written acknowledgment will be provided as required by IRS guidelines. Contributors requiring SASA's EIN or tax-exempt documentation prior to contributing may request it directly at khdahmenSASA@gmail.com.

In accordance with the Georgia Charitable Solicitations Act (O.C.G.A. § 43-17-1 et seq.), a full description of SASA's programs and financial information is available upon written request to the President at sasatlanta.org.

Registration with the Georgia Secretary of State does not imply endorsement or recommendation by the State of Georgia.
