Program:
5.00 pm: Aperitif (sponsored by the Consul General of Switzerland)
5.30 pm: Official part, followed by dinner, and our annual lantern parade after dusk
Guests are encouraged to bring a home-made dessert to share!

Prepayment is required for completing your registration.
We now accept credit cards! 

IMPORTANT: Please complete your registrations and payment within 30 minutes, otherwise they will automatically be canceled, to avoid unpaid 'ghost' registrations',


Note: A late registration surcharge will be added to all registrations on or after July 24.


Non-Members and members who are savvy in using e-commerce sites are asked s to take advantage of our electronic payment options, as this dramatically simplifies the Club's payment workflows.

For members who are not comfortable conducting payments over the internet, we do offer the option to mail a check.

Anyone not able to use electronic payment methods please inform us in advance of your intention to pay by check or cash in-person by sending an email with your first and last name and mobile phone number to this address:

That ensures you don't lose your registration, as registrations performed on our website without completing electronic payment are automatically canceled after thirty minutes.
