Fondue Evening, combined with General Assembly


The Swiss American Society of Atlanta (SAS) invites you to our Annual Fondue Party and General Assembly

On Saturday, March 4th 2023, from 5 to 9pm at Martins Landing River Clubhouse, 1221 Riverside Clubhouse, Roswell GA 30076.

We (the board) will get out our professional cheese cookers and make a huge Fondue for you. We will provide bread, tea, coffee and water.

You (the fondue lovers) bring your own appetizer, burner, fondue pot (caquelon), forks, plates, glasses as well as wine and drinks to go with your dinner. Also, please bring a – preferably homemade – dessert to share. If you do not have a burner or a caquelon, let us know and we can arrange for you to join someone that has one.


General Assembly

Just like last year, we're conducting the General Assembly on the same date, at the same location, right after the Fondue dinner.

During the General Assembly, the Board member elections for 2023-2024 will be held, in person, and with the inclusion of all proxy votes.

Members not able to attend the General Assembly part of the event in person, please email or text the proxy which was attached in the invitation email, by taking a picture of it with your smartphone or tablet, to our Secretary, Judith Forgoston. (judithforgoston@gmail.com or 404 563 2206).

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the time and effort involved into advance procurement and preparation of the fondue dinner, we must know the exact headcount at least 8 days prior to the event.

Therefore failure to cancel by the cut-off date results in forfeiture of the respective event registration fees.
